Preparation
Grapes are collected in September, transported to the winery in small boxes, gently
crushed and left for 24 hours to ferment, together with skins. Early in spring, the wine
is filtered, stabilized and carbonated.
Characteristics
The slightly sparkling wine is unlike any other white. Its effervescence and fruitiness
complements its colour perfectly. Recommended any time, anywhere, and especially for special occasions.
Food Pairing
Light meals, hors d’oeuvres, appetizers - or better still with desserts such as tarts and
baked sweets, or simply on its own.
